Hi to everyone here...

Just thought I would stop in and thank those of you who have supported me in my journey for your encouragement!

I'm 5 wks out from the Phoenix Pro show (my 1st pro show) and then 2 weeks later, I will be competing at the Ms. International.  It's an exciting year for me!

I have a lot of pics on my Facebook Fan Page so please feel free to stop by and say hi, as long as it's respectful and professional I'm always happy to write anyone back.  I work on a military installation in Okinawa, Japan as well as do on-line training for competition and lifestyle clients...it's a long trip to the States but hopefully can meet many of  those I know onlne at some of my upcoming shows.   I love having the opportunity to motivate and encourage other people to make their life better.

It's a pleasure for me to see a great bodybuilder as you on this forum.  I want congratulate with you for your definition and your muscular physique very  proportionate and builted with an extreme care on details. I think that you have a true talent for the bodybuilding that few bodybuilder have. You are among the outstanding of female bodybuilding in activity. I love also your attitude only hard works and nothing else. You are a different mentality by many bodybuilders that think only to empty the task of their fans. No...LOL...those pics are not 'morphs'! I guess that's a compliment?    I'm 5'10" and about 185# or so  in those pics...

As for measurements, I'm sorry I never do them...more concerned with what I look like in the mirror and improving every season!

I think that you have good chance to win the competitions. You physique is really very muscular and very well builted. Woow! your deltoids are really huge!
In my opinion you must only improve your bicep's peak and you will be perfect!
