Around this time we were taping alot of off-season footage, but so you don't feel cheated for this video where Etta and Astrid pose for 3/4 of off-season, the final 40 minutes here shows Etta ripped at the Nationals in 1992. But, we begin this video by showing Astrid at her 5'5" 165 pound training weight and we did concentrate on her massive upper body bicep and chest development. Etta, at 5'9" 170 pounds then turns out to be one of our strongest of the year. Both women had a spirited lifting contest as each woman work up to 250 pound bench presses, barbell curls reach 140 pounds for reps and leg presses move into the 900 pound neighborhood for that lift. We did get Etta ripped hitting the shots for 30 minutes of posing in her bikinis and dress, and the tape ends with Etta's interview.
