I sometimes imagine a world where women are the vastly stronger sex, and keep growing all their lives. The twist is that the growth goes in cycles. Half the time they gain large amounts of fat, so by the midpoint of their cycle they have a sumo wrestler build; immensely fat, but with plenty of muscle underneath it. The second half of the cycle consists of burning all that fat to build even more muscle before it repeats.
