Lynn Suave " Rousse Bomber", sexy, tall 5'- 8" , always in shape and muscular like a tiger (158 lbs). Biceps 17 inches, quads 28 inches, chest DD and while back. So you can describe me like: "POWERFULL - ELEGANCE- TENACITY"....
I've been training for 20 years on my life and you can distingue maturity muscles than bebe muscles, it's why my surname is miss "tigress". For this distinction it's why I love adventure and challange, I am a kind of person who you can stop me for everything I do, so it's why I never get up, I always win. I'm a person also very determinated and powerfull so it's why I got success in my career of Bodybuilding, wresling and video work.
I won many Bodybuilding shows in my career 1990 to 1993 in Canada and some in USA, but I decided to kick this career in and moved to the USA (Florida) to open my own business "Personal Training" and I got success. Since last year, I decided to have another challenge in my life "Wrestling" and now I have success again. Lifting means nothing is easier for me because that's what I always have been doing every day for 20 years "training" when I go the gym. I do training 6 times a week, 2 hrs a day .
Monday workout: Chest and shoulders + 45 min. cardio and abs.
Tuesday: Cardio 30 min. + Legs (quads and hamstring)
Wednesday: Backs + 45 min. cardio and calves
Thursday: Cardio 50 min. + abs and butt
Friday: Biceps + triceps and 45 min. cardio
Saturday: Legs (hamstring + quads) + calves and abs.
Sunday: Off...
My food is 5 meals a day + 2 glass of whey protein shake a day
My favorite meals is steak and salmon steak with sweet potatoes
My cheating day is Sunday , I go to the restaurant and I eat everything I want like pizza on oven or club sandwich with french fries....And I always finish my meal on Sunday with a good dessert like cheescake....Oum!
Wrestling is another challange that I learn and I like because I feel over power and it's the only way who I can show my agility, my power and my strength.... so let's go who want to try me! Who wants to challange me!
