I've never been a member.  I keep an eye on their video store and I have seen about 10 or more of their videos.

A lot of there older content on female-bodybuilders.org is in that high-res/480p quality.  Still very watchable.  But their stuff now is in HD/1080p and the quality is excellent.  The lighting is just about always perfect.  So really no issues there.

They don't update with new models very often.  I get emails whenever they have a new vid available.  It's like once and occasionally(very rarely) twice a month.  So that isn't very good at all.

As far as the video footage is shot very well too.  The cam is kept still and steady.  But there is one thing that I don't like and it's how they focus on a lot of close-ups.  I always like equal time spent on far shots, mid-range, and up close.  But they focus the vast majority of the up close.  If that is what you like then you will be happy.

I haven't seen everything but what I have seen would be more than enough for me to purchase a membership and the only reason I never have is because many of the ladies they have don't really interest me.  So I just pick and choose certain ones and leave it at that.

I've been a member of their monthly subscription site on and off since before they started posting their new videos on double-biceps.com instead of female-bodybuilders.org.

As papadoc1981 said, they don't have many models and new videos only appear once or twice a month at the most. So in that case it's a must to subscribe to their newsletter to get new video info. On the other hand, the video quality is great with both the older HR videos and newer HD videos. I also agree with papadoc's opinion about too many close-up shots and not enough far or mid-range shots to get more of a model's overall body into the video. I also get annoyed when a model is flexing/posing one muscle group such as her abs for example but the camera is focused on her face instead, which once again is because of the close-up emphasis in shooting found on so many of the videos.

Overall I say it is worth purchasing a membership just for getting their older content and also to save money from purchasing videos individually. They do update weekly, so the recent individual videos do eventually get onto the members site.
