Rachel remains one of the best in my books. She was the first, she kick started the sport as she was very marketable by the Weiders and other nutrition and equipment companies, and at the time, many athletes said they started training because they saw pics of Rachel.
We have a lot to thank her for, maybe we would be looking at 25 years at this stage not 30, if she had not had the courage to become a bodybuilder when she did. (At the time, some track athletes were as muscular as Rachel, but it was considered unfeminine to even lift a weight, let alone build any muscle! And flex a muscle, unthinkable, hide them under sleeves, please!)
I still think Rachel had one of the sexiest sets of biceps of all time, incredible relaxed to flexed expansion, really nice.
