20 lbs of muscle gained in 12 months, and she didn't compete in 2025! Sara will return to stage soon, this will be very interesting and exciting.

03/01/2025 169.3lbs                           to                                   22/01/2026 189.8lbs.

Sara is competing today in the IFBB Toronto Pro Women's Physique Division - she was in the first callout, but not in the top 2.

IMHO she belongs in the FBB division, which she might have won  :bravo: even though half a dozen in that category are excellent.
Sara showes an outstanding complete package, all parts very well developed, individual parts beautifully shaped, and all in harmonious proportion.

FbbLegends

Killer back. The open division NEEDS this woman.

Side petition: can we exile the people who put these productions together? The amount of graphic displays behind the athletes at these shows is nauseating and only distracts from seeing the actual physiques on stage. Drowns it out with visual noise that simply isn't necessary. Have plain black drapery and use simple legible sponsors on the trim. I fuckin hate how stupidly run this sport is.

We Got Some Good & Bad News. Today Sara Bradley Just Announced She's Moving Up To Women's Bodybuilding. After Her 4th Placing At The Toronto Pro She & Her Coach Callum Had A Long Discussion On Her Competitive Future. The Bad News Is She's Not Going To Compete At This Year's Olympia. It Was Just Three Weeks Ago She Got Her First Olympia Qualification At The Optimum Classic. I Hope This Move Will Get More Women To Move Up To Women's Bodybuilding. The More New WBBers The Chance To See More Shows With The Division....

That's definitely one of the more interesting pieces of news we've had recently.

On one hand, it's disappointing that Sara won't be competing at this year's Olympia after earning her qualification. A lot of fans were looking forward to seeing how she stacked up against the best in the division on the biggest stage.

On the other hand, I completely understand the decision if she and her coach believe her long-term potential is in Women's Bodybuilding. Sometimes it's better to commit fully to a division rather than trying to fit a physique into criteria that may not be the best match.

From a fan perspective, any athlete moving into Women's Bodybuilding is encouraging. One of the biggest challenges for the division has been maintaining depth, and every high-quality competitor who makes the jump helps strengthen the field.

Sara already has a solid foundation, and it will be interesting to see how her physique evolves now that she's specifically building for Women's Bodybuilding standards rather than trying to balance the expectations of another division.

I also agree with your broader point: if more athletes see viable opportunities in Women's Bodybuilding, we could eventually see larger lineups and perhaps even more contests featuring the division. That's something many longtime fans have been hoping for.

It'll be fascinating to revisit this decision a year or two from now and see whether it turns out to be the turning point that elevated her career to the next level.

Yes, good and bad - Sara clearly belongs in FBB, as I wrote here June 14. Many of the very top FBBs moved up from WPD, including Ashley Jones and IIRC Andrea Shaw. Athletes who qualify in WPD can enter FBB comptetitions, but IDK whether that applies to Olympia qualification.

Some websites mention that Sara set British and World PLing records in the under 60kg (132#) class a few years ago, but I couldn't find those records with a quick search.
Instead I found another PLer named Sara Bradley, about 10 years older and about 37# heavier, here: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login.
