I don't normally post bikini competitors because I like the muscle but there is something about this one.  I like the wheels.

Thanks to Nickolai for introducing us to a real gem. Yes, I also love those legs! I’d not seen Ms. Shaffer before, but found that she has an impressive resume. There seems to be a gap in competition, likely due to her studies at U of T.

But look at my comparison photos, and you see what I lament these days. How can the Labrada judges have placed her below Kayla Garcia, while the San Antonio and San Diego judges gave her a well earned win? Celeste has clearly been training and making progress since 2012. And if you go to the NPC site and view the Labrada competitors, many do not belong there, IMHO. It seems obvious that some judges are biased toward the thinnest bikini competitors, trying to force the others into the figure category. At least that’s how I see it.

She has an AMAZING shape for bikini. With a bit more muscle she could definitely do figure, but in all honesty, I would love for the look she has now to be the standard for the bikini division going forward.
