Leading up to the Phoenix, she was smaller offseason than last year, also saying that she wasn't going to try to add size (unlike last year). She was also somewhat small and flat at the Phonenix, but then she's usually less full at that show than at the Olympia a few weeks later.
Recent coverage of her has been pretty sparse, but I'm happy to see that her huge, cartoonish, 3D muscles are back. Can't wait to see her in a few days, at and after the Olympia! She's really excellent.
