I also liked her "tweener" look between massive and leaner:

Here's a video from her early years, before WWE and Chyna:

She had a surprisngly soft voice

she brought female muscle to the masses. I believe it paved the way for all these mainstreme fitness celebs now.
What a sad end. :( RIP x

Along with Cory Everson, she was the most instrumental woman in my appreciation of muscular women. She also helped make female muscle more mainstream.
May she rest in peace

I learned a lesson today.
If you are famous, don't die on the same day as someone more famous  :(

She actually died the day before. Or at least it was reported yesterday. she could have been dead up to three days. it was actually a lead story last night, but Prince's death still threw shade on her.

This is the same for me. The reason I can appreciate muscle on a woman is because of my crushes on those two when I was a kid.

WWF and later WWE would from time to time have female competitors in addition to the eye candy valets.  Alundra Blaze and Sable were ones that stand out.  I remember vaguely that there was a dedicated women's wrestling program galled GLOw when I was a kid.  I think it had a ex female bodybuilder, Terri Power, as one of the stars.  WCW had Christi Wolf around.  But Chyna definitely stands out for me for WWE divas of that time except for TRish Stratus because she actually competed in the guy events and won the intercontinental belt at some point.  She'll be missed.  almost as much as Shelly Beattie, who was Siren, on American gladiators.
