Shawna was a great newcomer when she was spotted for the first time at the 2004 California Championships, where she won her class. Before this show she was only in a few local contests. She stood out from the other women at this show for several reasons, but one for sure is her height (5'10") and though she weighed 'only' 140 in her contest shape here, she looks much bigger. Since she was in great contest shape, but in California, we had our 'West Coast' videographer, Tony Duffy, do this session, and it was one of his best tapings. She does repwork in the gym then shows off her 15" arms and other impressive shots in several 'different' backdrops, including playing the drums! A brief interview closes the video. Shawna was a very good looking woman with a beautiful hair style, and her overall complete physique was topped off by some of the very best biceps of that time period.
