To anyone reading this, who have yet to meet XENA, you don't know what you're missing. Not only is she very attractive and feminine, she is really strong. Her main sport is powerlifting.
Very recently I had a session with her in a Bradford UK hotel. She arrived in a dark coat which she removed to display a very tight beautiful red dress which accentuated her curvy, womanly figure. Xena was definitely an AMAZON with beefy arms, broad shoulders and in my mind her special features were her large and shapely legs with big diamond shaped calves. Another real wow factor was her voluptuous, rock hard butt.
We chatted for a while to get to know each other. After which we had an arm wrestle competition. She beat me easily. Then we did some measurements. Her flexed biceps were 16.5" with a 1.5" expansion. Her forearms were 12.5". Calves 17" and thighs 28.5" . Muscle worship heaven💪🏼.
She wasn't shredded, but off season big at 5'8" tall and weighing 94kgs.
I'm 82kgs, which in all the many lifts, she found easy. I struggled with her weight in even the easiest of lifts, but it was fun trying with such a lovely woman. She was open to any suggestions to exhibit her lifting abilities and strength.
Besides her strength, beauty and body, she is very interesting, accommodating, intelligent, warm and easy to chat with. We discussed her athletic history, also her work, family and general varied interests and past. I could go on as a serious admirer, but I'll finish by saying you will not be disappointed and I can recommend her to all Lift and Carry fans and muscle worshippers.

I met Xena for the first time recently. Initially she was wearing a figure-hugging dress and looked absolutely stunning. Newbie powerlifter she may be, but she is very feminine. Even when she is relaxed she exudes pure power and when she starts to flex...just wow! All this with a very cute and cheeky smile.
After some posing in the dress, she slowly pulled the dress up to reveal the most amazing quads. Xena flexing her quads and then calves while wearing heels was another mind-blowing moment.
She was now standing in front of me with 2-piece gym wear as requested for some more posing and muscle-worship...and there is a lot to worship!
She suggested some lift and carry and a long-standing memory will be of how effortless it was for her and also the way she giggled as she did this. At 75kg I don't think I'm even close to a warm-up weight for her. What impressed me most was when she asked me to lie/balance on her back and then she proceeded to do full-press ups with me on top of her. Again, no grunting and straining with effort, just a few giggles. I was the one that had to tell her to stop - I think she could have carried on for a while.
Arm-wrestling next and of course it was easy for her, but on the plus side she had the most beautiful smile on her face as she destroyed me with both arms.
Xena then reminded me that I had asked to try her scissors. At this point I was kind of hoping she had forgotten, but I was glad she hadn't. Most of the girls I've met before have had strong scissors and it's usually a case of me trying to hold on for 5 or so secs before I need to tap. Not with Xena. She went behind me and I suddenly felt her huge quads on either side of me. She asked if I was ready and then simple flexed her quads and I had my breath knocked out of me and started to feel the pressure on my ribs. She didn't need to cross her ankles! Incredible power!
The rest of our time together was spent with more posing and muscle-worship and just chatting. Another big plus about Xena is that she is very laid back and easy to talk to.
I've met quite a few girls over the years, but Xena provided me with easily one of the best sessions I've ever had. She has the perfect balance of beauty and power as well as being such a friendly and nice person. It goes without saying that I'm already looking forward to the next meeting.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting this wonderful woman. I hadn't sessioned for a few years when I saw some of her reviews I just knew I had to meet her.
To start with communications are first class Xena responds promptly and professionally. Onto the meeting Xena is smart, friendly, strong and sexy the perfect package. The session started with some posing and comparisons her biceps were almost 10cm bigger than mine and her quads 20cm bigger and my legs are not exactly skinny. We then arm wrestled, I tried with all my strength and couldn't budge her arm a millimetre she held it until I tired and then put me down with ease. Next some displays of strength, I had no chance, I've met other strong ladies but without a doubt Xena is the strongest. At one point we tried to see if I could pin her down and with my 80kg on top of her she pressed me straight up with little effort shown.
After experiencing her upper body strength she proceeded to pick me up like I weighted nothing and carried me about with ease. I was smart enough not ask her to scissor me as that would be just foolish those legs would crush ribs or your head by just twitching.
I am still in absolute awe of this amazing woman and cant wait to meet her again.

Follow up session last week with Beefcakexena was again incredible and she's actually getting stronger and more accomplished in her lifting techniques. We started off with a roleplay scenario with her playing a psychologist who was analysing my obsession with strong muscular women as I felt they were unreal and that women could never be stronger than the average man. She soon demonstrated just how wrong I could be. As a fairly fit 60+ man, she was easily twice as strong as me and proud to show it, with lifts, scissors, arm wrestling and grip machine comparisons. The session also included muscle worship, measuring and sensual elements . Conversation was humourous, interesting and inciteful. She's a true delight , who makes you feel special and ensures that your sessions desires are catered for. We are lucky to have such an unique beauty willing to meet us strong women admirers in the UK. Thank you Beefcakexena and long may you prosper.

She has changed, in both ways: physically, not as big as she used to be, she has clearly lost a lot of muscle ; in her behavior, she used to be very responsive by e.mail and she is not anymore, even though she should be, after not fulfilling her commitments.
Her very last minute cancellation was one bad point. No apologize. Then, no communication at all.
If she has personal issues, she should at least warn her clients and potential clients and announce she takes a break.
Her physique seems far away, now, from the huge powerlifter with curves she was when she appeared on the scene.
She had everything to become one of the greatest stars in this business and she seems to be wasting her potential. Such a pity...

I saw her early in the year. My god, what an amazing body and incredible strength. I'm over 200lbs and she just toyed with me. She easily overpowered me and dominated me just as I had asked for.
On top of that power is incredible femininity and a wonderful personality.

I got lucky to get the chance to meet Xena last month during her trip to Frankfurt. For me, this was the first time meeting a real fbb who is way more muscular and so much stronger than most average men. The session I had with her was a dream come true because to me she is the perfect combination of having an extemely well shaped muscular body without having lost her extreme feminine beauty!
I can confirm all the positive statements posted previously concerning all the things related to having a session with her. The only thing I would like to ad is an update concerning her measurements. End of October her biceps were impressive 36 cm and her thighs incredible 61 cm !!!

Had a session with the amazing Beefcake Xena earlier this year (May) in London. Emailing her and setting up the session was easy - she is detailed and prompt in her responses. She was in her powerlifting phase at that time so about 85+kgs (at 5' 8'') and was considerably bigger than my 70kgs (at 6'). In fact she giggled once she saw me without a shirt on and then the over powering and crushing began. Whether it was while on our feet or on the bed, she completely dominated me as if I wasn't even a challenge (I was trying hard for some time, and then I just gave up :P).
I wouldn't say we really wrestled because it was all so easy for her, but her crushing holds kept coming one after the other making me beg for mercy each time. Her legs are obviously killer strong, but even her upper body strength is considerable - I am not the biggest guy, but I work out with moderate weights and I had no chance whatsoever! She is also very very sensual (she will ask you beforehand) and an absolute joy. She is highly recommended - a bit pricey, but all good things cost some money after all :)

I had a session with her last year. She is a cool, intelligent very sensitive to personality. I did a l&c with her. She was very engaged to do a good session. Even when we had a chat she got back to what I paid for. On her own. I really liked that because it was important to her to get the job done. And she wears a nice fragrance and her skin is very soft. But she lost fat I guess cause she looks more defined in comparson to when I met her. I can recommend her. Be ready to pay in pounds though.

Great if you love muscles, but I prefer size and thickness combined with strength. Just wondering. She's such a great sessioner that I'll see her regardless though!

Me too. I love her when she was 85-95kg. She looked huge. I think she's not done with bodybuilding just yet. I'm not sure, but I believe I read that she'd go back to powerlifting this year or next year.

For now, she's focusing on bodybuilding. Right now she's offseason, so pretty big and I guess later this year, she'll cut again when she plans to compete. I am also a big fan of the big, strong and solid look (not necessarily ripped) and she's phenomenal when she's off season!

I am not a weak guy; c 6’ tall and over 15 stone ex rugby player, still working in a fairly physical job and she can best me in almost every contest of strength (we have a lot of them!) Following our most recent session I’m not sure if I’m getting weaker or she is getting stronger even though she is now a little more defined but still definitely in off season shape again. Even though she has now moved to Vienna I really hope she will be back.

My review on her page isn't approved yet, so here it is:
As a first timer, I have to say I was really nervous as I have never done anything like this before.
She was really good at seeing that and making me feel comfortable which I really appreciate.
The session itself was a lot of fun. We did armwrestling and fantasy wrestling and she folded me
in every way possible. Unfortunately, we couldn’t seriously armwrestle with our right
because of her shoulder, but either way I lost against her left, she didn’t budge at all and was rock solid.
Wrestling basically went the same way. She ragdolled me and was very rough. She even let me start
in a position where I pinned her and she just threw me off. It was hilarious, but I also didn’t expect that
at all as I’m quite a big guy 😅 Her scissors are also incredibly strong.
Last but not least, she genuinely seems like a cool person. She is very friendly, quite chatty and very easy to talk to.
She shows interest in getting to know you better and also why you’re into this kind of stuff.
All in all it was a very fun and pleasant experience, definitely would recommend seeing her
