Min Kim, Cynthia Bridges, Martha Lombardo, Lindsay Mulinazzi and Darlina Karzoncic - (97 minutes)
Five nationally ranked fitness women- Min Kim, Cynthia Bridges, Martha Lombardo, Lindsay Mulinazzi and Darlina Karzoncic- competed against each other for three strength/endurance events. The women had to hold high straddles (one woman managed 3 minutes!), one arm pushups (one woman did 50!) and barbell curls with 50% of bodyweight (one woman did over 100!). We had our stationary video equipment up front for full length views, and a side camera to patch in closeups for this exciting contest.

thank you, I loved the strength contests of those years, I wish they try them again, even though actually there are plenty of strength contests, but not including FBB or Fitness athletes
