Title: Was Sandra Blackie in Predator II?

Way back when, Musclemag reported that Sandra Blackie would be in "Predator II" (1990), as a cop. It obviously wasn't a major role. She's not listed in the credits. However, there is a scene where Bill Paxton's character is talking to a pretty blond cop, who doesn't seem to speak. Was that her? Or were her scene(s) cut, or did the casting fall through?
