  • Sasha is the rare WWE woman wrestler that has noticeably gained muscle since getting called to the main roster. Rumor is it was encouraged to help protect her due to her style. She has amassed quite a few injuries so it makes sense.

  • Sheamus's Celtic Warrior Workout episode on his YouTube channel highlights her legs and booty workout and her warmup is just as intense as some people's workout, including Bayley's. Sheamus had trouble doing it, and Sasha even ended up finishing some of the motions for him event though she had already done the workout prior to the episode being shot. She also talks about her more muscular physique as 'if you want to be the best you have to look the part'. She says she didn't really start working out except for just doing cardio until she was put on the cover of Muscle and Fitness and thought she could look better.
