I am shocked and heart broken to hear ( albeit late ) of Laura's passing. As a nurse, I understand depression but I have just this horrible lump in my throat about it all with Laura. I had a dear friend as well depart this way amidst the COVID isolation. I feel guilty for not being acutely aware of my dear friend's internal sadness that brought about her demise.
Hug a friend.
