  • She's been very focused this month, and really excited to try to compete in a year.  She is now eating 6 meals a day and we lift 6 days a week.  We have a home gym arriving next week so she can do extra workouts at night.

  • At this point, she loves training everything!  She is still focusing on her back and shoulders a lot, and started doing deadlifts:
