if a fbb looks like that one month before the show:
i would keep her on the same nutrition that kept her to that shape...carbload without water 2 days to the show...thats all...she would explode on stage...
but no... that trainers feel the need to overdiet, to overdeplete, take to much diuretica ...only to have them flat on stage

wait, now she will carb up (after the show)...in 3 days she will look perfect
