With the deadline of the Arnoldsports application coming in a couple of days, I would like to announce that I will be sitting out this year. It's been a very hard decision to come to terms with. 16 IFBB pro wellness shows in 2.5 years with a max of 3 months not being in a cutting phase. Many girls took time to come back better. If I do the Arnold Classic and the Olympia every year, I will still only have that short window to improve. With this decision I will have 7 months before we start to cut for a later show and qualify for the 2024 Olympia. I wish all of the woman competing at the Arnold the best and I can't wait to see everyone up there, although the FOMO is real 🥲 I'll be back 🫶 (Schwarzenegger voice)
