Lauren had been competing in local New Jersey shows for a few years, and we finally caught up with her for photo/video work in 1998- long overdue! We made up for lost time by having two sessions with her in 1998- one in her full off-season shape (5'1" 150 pounds!!) then in chiseled contest shape at 130 pounds. We open with her off-season gymwork where she shows off tremendous strength for a few lifts, then repwork for other lifts. She then poses in swimsuit and a dress, displaying well rounded muscularity everywhere, but particularly for her biceps and thighs- right up there with Doughdee Marie! Her interview follows, then it is on to her contest shape footage, and what a difference a few months and 20 pounds can make- she was very defined throughout featuring great calves, baseball shaped biceps and great shapes and cuts elsewhere. She hits the shots in her bikini and three dresses- a most beautiful woman with great hairstyles. One of the best total packages ever- strength, muscle and beauty.
