I still cannot open RAR files.  Can you post it in a different format?

How to Open RAR Files

Got a .rar file and don't know what to do? Check this out...

Instructions

1. First you need to download WinRAR.

You can download it from the official site here - http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

2. Install WinRAR.

3. Once WinRAR is installed you can simply open any .rar files. Although the program is a free trial I've had it for three years and have never been limited in my use of the program.

I'm 99% sure that you will get the 32 bit version. But to be be sure:

Right click on "my computer" click "properties" the info there will tell you. If it does not say 64-bit, you do not have it. You have 32 bit. Which I would guess you do just b/c it is more common for windows XP. So download the 32 bit.

FYI
Windows 64 bit did not seem to be that much of an issue until Windows 7. And one major difference between 32 and 64 bit is that 64 bit can read up to 24GB of RAM(I think its 24GB) 32 bit systems can only read 4GB. So if you had a 32 bit system with more 6 or 8 or 12GB of RAM chips, it would only see 4GB.
