2009 IFBB / NPC FT LAUDERDALE CUP
The first contest after the Olympia is "for the girls, by the girls" as Shannon Dey has put it. She's the promoter of the IFBB Ft Lauderdale Cup Pro Fitness & Figure & NPC Fitness, Figure & Bikini. This is an historic show as this will be an all-woman show, with the first quaifiers for the 2010 Fitness and Figure Olympia (aside from those that will be the top six at the 2009 Olympia) to be decided.
