A kind of story I haven’t really seen much, but I’d certainly like to: An Amazonian woman going up against an army kicking ass and taking names. It could be part of a larger story, or at least have an explanation of what’s happening and how she got strong and powerful enough to do this, but wouldn’t necessarily have to. It could be a knight or barbarian woman against an army of barbarians/knights/orcs/what have you or a super soldier against a modern or futuristic (human, robotic or alien) mechanized army. As for weapons, just her own strength would probably be the best option.
