Am I the only one kind of interested by the idea of what a woman who’s already superhumanly muscular and strong would do to build more muscle and strength?  What kind of possibilities would you say there are there?

That's very much the sort of thing that appeals to me in a story or video but there seems very little out there right now?

Or am I looking in the wrong places?

Lifting houses, buildings, skyscrapers...anything so heavy that even the strongest (normal) humans can't lift.
That's just my kind of story & there's not nearly enough material out there - be that text, pic or video
