This girl that used to go to my gym and I guess started going to a different one say 10 or 12 months ago.  She was always fit and athletic but nothing really out of the ordinary.  Then I saw her the other day and holy shit, what a transformation.

Competed in Figure Division at 2017 NPC Muscle Beach Championships, which explains the transformation.
