Physique Show and Results.   Congrats to Sheikha Nguyen!!! She won the overall Amateur show and got her pro card. Then entered the Pro show and won that too! Beating veterans like Sheila 
Sheila looks to have been in critical shape, so Sheikha did well to beat her. I came down to the wire, equal scores. Sheila won the prejudge, then Sheikha fought back and won the show, making it a tie. In the end the judges gave it to Sheikha on a better posing routine, I believe. "No one ever lost a contest by posing too well." (Kenny Wallasch). Sheikha is a stunning athlete, georgeous biceps and quads.

 
 

Good contest! Some girls could move into Bodybuilding, perhaps, as is also the case in other Physique competitions recently. Funny as some girls revel in shy Most Musculars while in Bodybuilding they almost forbid this pose.
