Can someone tell me what happened with the real heavyweight FBB, like Colette Nelson and others?

Below you'll find the (only) 3 competitors in the heavyweight class on the NPC Jr. Nationals. Compared to them, FBB like Cindy Philips, Britt Miller etc. would win the heavyweight class without a doubt and I believe they officially are middleweight or light heavyweight......
