ah, titania. i don't think anyone ever achieved some awesome size and sexiness. i heard about her decision to ditch bodybuilding. what a shame. she was incredibly strong as well. k+ for the pics. these are so hard to come by. wish shed make a comeback!

Probably doesn't need saying, but I LOVE her arms. Those peaks are amazing. With arms like that, she doesn't need to be gorgeous to turn me on. Now, I"m going to say something that might also need saying -- she has/had a great body. Not just her arms. Her legs were big, but sexy, and her glutes were amazing. Her skin is so pale, but the symmetry is there...even her breasts are nicely shaped. Sure, she never got really ripped, but her muscle shpaes are fantastic. If this gal had prettier features. better hair and wasn't so darn pale, she'd hold a much higher status in the pantheon of female bodybuilding goddesses. I'd love to have seen contest pictures, with a tan and ripped muscles, because that would show just how amazing her physique was.

Really miss her. Got no problem with people finding religion, just wish it didn't mean she stopped building that amazing strength. That back shot with her forearms still melts me.

Hi everyone. Just wanted to let you know I've started serious training again and am planning to relaunch my Musclefemme website. I kept the domain name all these years and am glad I did now. There's a glitch in my server redirections at the moment and the domain currently redirects to another website of mine (retro TRS-80 computers and the Fairlight CMI musical instrument). I'm planning to fix that some time this week.
The new version of Musclefemme will have new content and perhaps some of my old content too but I'm planning to make it all free this time.
Yes, I did go pretty full on with the Christian thing and got sidetracked into thinking my bodybuilding wasn't right. Yeah, I know. A bit silly and naive!! You live and learn I guess. I'm still a Christian but I'm far more balanced with it these days.
Anyway, enough of that. It's good to be back!
I'll be 50 in June and my aim is to be in the best shape I've ever been in. I'm definitely a lot healthier these days with much better nutrition choices and my experience means I can now gain muscle with a lot less bodyfat. I'm quite a bit more defined than I've ever been in the past.
I'll have some new photos to share with everyone soon too. :)

I'll be 50 in June and my aim is to be in the best shape I've ever been in. I'm definitely a lot healthier these days with much better nutrition choices and my experience means I can now gain muscle with a lot less bodyfat. I'm quite a bit more defined than I've ever been in the past.
I'll have some new photos to share with everyone soon too. :)

Sorry guys. I haven't been very active here recently. Things are progressing though and my training is going well.
I'm planning a potential return to powerlifting as well and am aiming to break my own WPC Australian open women's deadlift records. I've held them now for almost two decades.
I had some time away from training while I sorted out some life stuff but there's no stopping me now! I want to be bigger and stronger than I've ever been.
My body is responding well and my strength is coming back quite quickly.
I was going to attach a couple of new photos here but I don't see an attachment option. Can images be uploaded directly or do they need to be added to an image hosting site first?
