Thanks for the info turde. So sad that Betty Pariso, Lisa Aukland and Heather Armbrust are not competing.. . They are my favorites besides the "sexiest of the sexiest" Yaxeni Oriquen.

This might be the smallest number of competitors is Olympia history.
But the women competing are superb.

I totally agree. If you recall the 1993 Ms. Olympia had 32 competitors.

Now with two greats in Lisa Aukland and Betty Pariso retiring and probably the number one contender for the crown, Heather Armbrust, on indefinite leave with injury it has become a boring contest. It's a bit like when Lenda Murray was dominating throughout the '90's

The thing is that there are plenty of very good athletes out there. However it almost seems like the IFBB wants to finish off women's bodybuilding by allowing so few to compete. It doesn't seem to realize that there are loads of FBB fans out there.
