The footage here was taped on two occasions- in very top contest shape at the 1995 Jan Tana Pro Contest, then in very early 1996 when she was 'off season' though when you view those photos, when she was 15 pounds heavier, most would not be able to tell the difference. In her contest shape she was big and ripped at 5'4" 132 pounds. She was one of the all-time great physiques and we left no inch of muscle untaped as she hits the shots in different bikinis, shorts/halters and several form fitting dress outfits. We then move into 3 her stage routines taken at three of her contests- the 1994 and 1995 Jan Tana shows and the 1993 Nationals, then move into her 'off season' footage. Her gymwork then shows off that she was not only one of the most muscular physiques ever, but one of the strongest, as we go through a reps workout with some very heavy poundage. We will wait for you to view her on the leg press machine to see just how much over 1200 pounds and for how many reps she does there! Then comes more posing and her interview. Believe us, her 17" biceps (perhaps the best looking ever) were shaking when we finally finished her very heavy gymwork and all the posing!
