   Debbie Kruck - WPW325

Back in the day many would ask if Debbie was a bodybuilder or fitness competitor. To us, she combined the very best of each- the defined mid-level muscularity and physical strength of a bodybuilder and the glamour of fitness. The last work we did with her was for a video for the Fitness Video Company, and since that was about 5-7 years before this session in 1997 we had a bit of catching up to do. Regarding her gymwork, don't let her beauty deceive you, she was very strong in the gym, which included effortless chinups and at a bodyweight of 128 (at 5'5") she was able to do multiple curls of 110 pounds, which is rather difficult. She also did some other heavy dumbbell work and other repwork to pump up for her posing scenes, which included a bikini and two dress outfits. She was just in a contest so she was in lean defined shape, showing off a complete physique, but with a special nod to her biceps, probably the best ever for a fitness woman of that time. Her guest posing routine at the 1997 Extravaganza and an interview is also included. Back then, and to this day (2016) she is probably the most famous fitness/figure competitor ever...
