We met Annie about a year ago and this is already our third full photo/video session with her, and the second one in off-season shape- and, at 53" 175 pounds she was really in huge and strong off season shape, featuring 16" biceps and 26" thighs. She had a good competitive year in 2004, when she was in the top-five of both the Junior Nationals and the US Championships, and after this session she began her dieting for the US Championships again this year. At this weight, Annie featured lots of huge and well shaped muscularity, yet still showed good definition in her biceps, triceps, back and calves, and her thighs were massive and hard. And, she was impressive in the gym, featuring a 245 bench for 5 reps, shrugs with 400 pounds for 10 reps, etc.
