there was a 2 issue comic series titled "Ultravixen" & "Ultravixen vs Mommy Dearest", the art was by Jed Dougherty and the story was by Marcelo Bravo.

anyone knows where these comics are for downloading because some links on the 'net' are not opening at all

Here is the link to the full 1st issue. This is an excellent comic and to bad that they have never released any new issues after the second.
The synopsis is awesome:
Once merely a mild mannered researcher at Saber Labs, Vivian Vincent gained extraordinary powers in a freak laboratory accident. Bombarded by strange energies, she transformed into Ultravixen: a brash, brawny beauty with abilities far beyond those of mortals.

There is a drive thru comics site that has a six-page preview of Ultravixen No. 2. And the preview includes the TF sequence.
