It drives me nuts when the guys (or gals|) in female bodybuilder's lives don't go GAGA over their muscles.

OK that's some "complete Package" stats below:

My name s Lucrezia "Lucky" Casamento, and I work as a teacher,
I have to turn my measures from metrical to imperial (when will you switch to metrical? It's much more handy ;D) so I hope i didn't do mistakes...
I'm 5'9" tall and weigh around 150 pounds usually.
My inseam, from ankle to crotch, is 70 cm, 80 from crotch to ground (naked feet). My full legs lenght (from ground to waist) is 103 cm.
Body measurements:
chest 38.6 in (no huge breast but large back); waist 28in ; hips 40in.
biceps 13.8 in (but they used to be bigger); quads 21.6 in; calves 16 in.

That's what you're looking for gonads? If you have any other question just ask, and thanks for all your kind compliments :-*

Yeah my biceps arent'so much cut but i can see what i can do about that :) about my bodyfat perc. I frankly don't know...perhaps you're right.

Thanks lanky and lovesmuscles. I work my calves hard cause they respond well to heavy volumes and pumpings, above all regarding shape more than mass. Some times I couldn't walk for a day but hey, it's worth it!

Well Bob I'm now considering to open a site with pics and videos....both free and paying. Also considering to take lessons and then doing muscle worship and wrestling sessions in my zone. i hope we will be able to open site within 4-5 months...stay tuned.

what kind of video would you like to see?

@chemdude: thanks to you too...I'm thinking about videos to charge on website right now, anyway all you told about will be shooted (this morning i tried to bounce my pecs, even if I've no huge boobs ::)). About my biceps: I always felt them poor in front of my legs...toned, good shaped but nothing more (there is somewhere in this post a unique image of me flexing my little biceps in a orange sundress. I used to be like that only 10 months ago...). I was shamed to show them. In the last 4-5 months i did a specific training to grow muscles focused on biceps, and now they are good, dense, round and quite big...i would like some more mass on them but perhaps i'm only bigorexic :dance: . So I will shoot them more often...and I will post here some previews even when the site will be online...

About sports....i had a fat complexion in my teen so did a lot of sports that built my structure, especially legs. I did classic ballet, soccer and crossbike
