I love Cornelia Brandt's huge neck as well (Oana's is probably still the best).  I've thrown in the last two photos just to show how hugely muscular she is, making 10x Ms. O winner Iris Kyle look small (admitedly she is in more off season condition, but still) and easily holds her own in terms of size with that (musch taller) male bodybuilder (whom, I'm guessing, is a MW or LHW).
