Alert! I was gettting my car fixed today and the TV in the packed waiting room I was in had Live With Kelly and Ryan on, and I guess they must doing fitness tips week. Today’s show had Kelly Ripa doing “Buff Yoga” while looking very buff! She must be lifting again because her arms were ripped, and her shoulders were broad. It was impressive. I’ll look for the link to the segment and hopefully post later. It was great to see.
