This video features two of the brightest new fitness stars back in 1993- both were placing very high in the early 90s fitness shows. Alphie and Laurie were close friends and they enjoyed posing solo and tandem for this tape, hitting the shots 'bodybuilding style' in a variety of outfits. Alphie's posing is impressive as she was only 19 at the time yet showed good muscularity for fitness women of that day..in addition she was VERY flexible and showed that off by walking on her hands, backflips, one arm pushups and hand stand pushups. Then, we taped Alphie by herself at the time of a contest when she was in very top shape, and footage features repwork in the gym, more 'limberness' scenes and lots of posing in different outfits. An interview is also included for this beautiful, young fitness star, who was considered to be the most beautiful of the time.
