Can you please give your lift stats - bench, squat, deadlift and measurements- bicep, calves, thighs etc as well as your goals in lifting/bodybuilding? Thanks! I am sure the muscle and strength lovers here would be very interested in hearing them.

hello

My lift stats are all for 10 reps min as I dont do 1 rep maxs

Bench 50kg
Squat 95kg
Deadlift 90Kg

Will need to measure my body asap. I am 125 pounds and 5ft 7 tall.

some measurements this morning:

waist 29 inch
hips 34 inch
legs (thigh) 21 inch
bicep flexed 12 inch

Its only a start...cant wait to see how I progress

Not really thought about that yet...just bigger at the moment and stronger...only being doing it since october last year (so 4 months of training)..couldnt even squat the bar to begin with or bench press the bar

I did chest today and did this 80kg press on Incline Hammer strength for 8 reps.

Sunday afternoon..cooking my chicken up after a great session at the gym..did a personal best of 213kg for 10 reps on leg press
