A lovely hard physique. Check out her muscle density.



Her punches at 100% speed don't look particularly impressive but take a look
 at when the footage is slowed to 30%.

She is executing her punches in a style of performing karate katas. That snapping motion towards the end causes the gi (karate robe) to crack or snap like a whip. It is the origin of sound effects in martial arts movies. (this reminds me of a story told by another member here that I'm waiting on permission to post)

This is her routine from the 1999 Jan Tana. It is better quality than the other video that is dead on here. I know because I made that capture and posted it on the Muscle Dragons yahoo group years ago before it was posted here.

I saw a recent pic of her standing with someone else, she's definitely an elder lady now but she's flexing her bicep in the photo and damn she's still holding some muscle. I'll see if I can track it down again, here is another pic that I think is from 2011:
