She was still active in the scene as of mid-2015 while competing at the NPC Masters so 'retired' might be a tad exaggerated.
Besides, she's an Clinical Assistant Professor in Health Services at the Florida International University and that after a 30-year career as a lawyer... Which says a lot about her qualities. Pretty sure her current, time-consuming occupation and responsibilities don't leave her much leeway for contest prep.
