Well not in the usual sense, but one story idea that’s been on my mind for a while is a female spy infiltrating a high-security lab to steal an experimental super soldier formula. After getting in through stealth and finesse, she takes the formula herself for some reason and grows from an athletic but small and slim woman into a hulking, musclebound, super strong behemoth, and just smashes her way out. I think the contrast between the ways in and out is interesting.
