  • Posted by her husband on her Facebook page:

This is Trudy Ireland’s husband. It is with great sadness that I have to tell you that Trudy passed on May 29th. She went into the hospital for kidney infection and septic shock. But while they were treating that she suffered a major stroke. I know she was deeply loved and admired by many people and thought that people would want to know.

Trudy Ireland was born on 20 February 1957 in Abilene, Texas, USA. She passed away 29 May 2024 at the age of 67 years old. May she Rest in Peace.

  • So sad. I helped Trudy get her IG account up years ago. She'd send me pictures and I'd update them and send them back. She was a sweet lady. very private, loyal and family driven. Its interesting seeing her past and understanding that she was just providing for her growing family. It was a market that rewarded her well and she was discrete in how she presented herself. May she rest in peace. Here is her Obituary  https://www.legacy.com/us/obituaries/tulsaworld/name/trudy-ireland-obituary?id=55246057

  • What a tragedy. She was an all time favorite FBB for me, and she seemed like a pretty lovely person by all accounts I've seen.

I had been trying to hunt down some of her old website content just the other day too =(

    May she rest in peace.

  • Trudy Ireland will truly be missed.  We love her.

She has had a bodybuilding career than spanned the "Golden Age of Bodybuilding" which was in the 90's all
    the way to the 2000's.

Trudy had sex appeal and was so lively and energetic.  Always seen her smiling in the photos and videos.

I pray for her and her family.

  • I just discovered Trudy's passing and it makes me very sad . . . she is gone far too soon.  Such a kind, sweet woman.  I had the honor and benefit of getting to know her, and she was so generous and giving.  It makes me sad . . . and mad that such a sweet soul should have been taken from her family and friends before her time.  RIP
