  • About 1 cup red lentils soaked in water, over an hour. Cooked in 1 can coconut milk unsweetened, (1tsp each) salt turmeric cinnamon cloves nutmeg, Goji berries and raisins added at the end. Takes about 20 min to cook when brought to soft boil. Powdered Stevia to sweeten (my preference but not necessary) Vegetarian source of protein, and I wasn't hungry for hours! Makes 2 servings
