Alison Brundage

Retired to the Rep of Panama with her husband.  Still active in surfing, lifting weights and mowing her lawn  Taken 2014 sometime

This was taken last month ( Jan 2015)



Taken a few months ago...wave ski surfing in Panama  ( age 69 1/2)



   Back in the day......(1983 or so)

( I'm the red suit far right .  Sewed my own suit.  I'll betcha Pillow did too !)

I'll be 70 yrs old March 12.

You look phenomenal. What are your secrets? Just good food and exercise? May I ask if you've taken any supplements, HGH, etc to stay in such youthful condition?
