Why and when did you start bodybuilding?
February 2006, after a team sport, I wanted to get something for me to do alone
Other sports in front of your bodybuilding career?
Volleyball, dragon boat paddling (Drag Attack Wuppertal)
quite successful (multiple German, European and World Champion)
Favored foods for weight reduction? protein-rich, ie dry, skinless chicken
Favorite food after a game? Wholemeal bread, spaghetti
Favorite aerobic activities? the stepper torture (the question is who who ?!?!)
Your best muscle groups? Biceps, triceps and back

How many calories you take daily to you?
Good question ... I do not count my calories! Feed me healthy all year round
If you were to win 1 million Euro, what would you do with it? None initially betrayed!
A separate fitness - Open Studio with spa facilities; donate a large part of aid agencies
What would you like to change in this sport? The poor image of women's bodybuilding to improve

What are your future athletic goals? Be German champion, perhaps even to Europe - Championship
Your training schedule for the week?
5 to 6 x Studio (Common) 6 to 7 x studio (preparation time)
Monday: 1 hr cardio + abdomen, legs and triceps
Tuesday: Back + Biceps
Wednesday: chest + legs
Thursday: abdomen, legs + triceps
Friday: 1.5 hours cardio, back + biceps
Saturday: See Sports
Sunday: on your mood up to 2 hours me (torture)
Can you tell us to list a typical daily routine in your life?
Engage in during the week: get up 7:00 clock, starting no later than 7:45 Clock in the office my "main job";
At the latest by 17 clock then I am often up to 21 clock found in the studio,
from 21:30 Clock I then at home, eat something and I finally let me either sprinkle a moment from the TV or I telephone with friends ...
So around 23:00 clock time but I find the way to bed ...
