Something that’s been in my head for a while; a sport in a world where women are the (much) bigger and stronger sex.
The field is similar to a football field without the goals, but keeping the on-field measurements. Each team starts on one end of the field, with each player directly across from someone on the opposing team. When the referee gives the go ahead, everyone charges straight ahead until they meet the player across from them. Each player spends the game trying to push their counterpart on the other team back to that side of the field, with the score each team receives at the end is based on how far from the center line each pair is and in what direction. Teams are sorted into weight classes, and various leagues in various countries exist (and quite a few high schools have teams). The uniform depends on the league but, given the extent to which female muscle is celebrated in this world, bikinis of some kind are common, and in some leagues the players compete naked.
Not really sure what to do with this, but I find the idea interesting on its own.
