Today is New Year's Eve, crazy how time goes.
Thought summarize some how my year has been, when you look back you realize how much you have had time.
•Won SM, European and World Championship gold medal in the 70kg with both right and left arm, undefeated through all championships
•Sweden's best armbrytardamer (I + Heidi + Fia) took home the title of "world's best armbrytarnation"
•I trained as a personal trainer, I can not think of a better and more enjoyable job
•Left home for my first apartment
•Going regularly to Japan to record a TV show
•I was a gladiator in the "Gladiators" broadcast on TV4
•Climbed from place 10 to place 3 (left) and 4 (right) in the world rankings
•I got great sponsors that Better Bodies, Olimp, Beef Jerky, SmartShake and Celsius
•I have developed enormously in strength, from 85kg to 100kg in the bench press from 135kg to 152.5 kg in the deadlift and from 85kg to 115kg in squat
2013 is a year I want to accomplish the following:
•Remain an unbeaten champion in the 70kg at SM, EM, VM
•Injury
•Getting a ripped shape, stay under / around 70kg
•Going to LA and check how life might look like, where
•Climb the overall world ranking, right now I'm 3 in left and four in right arm
•Powerlifting Debut
•Do not eat candy or chips and the like on the 2013th Will be hard but so damn worth it
•Driving, feels far away when I do not have interest to fix it but want to get it out of the world
•To develop my career as armbryterska, Profile, coaches
•Become stronger, strongest, best
