There's a legend of The Exorsisters has female muscle growth in Dr. Zitbag's Transylvania Pet Shop.

Number of this Dr.Zitbags episode is 55

I do seem to vaguely remember the episode--Only at the very end, after Dr. Zitbag has given the twins a potion to make them thinner (I think).  As to the size or definition of the musculature I cannot remember, but I remember them being bigger.

Outlaw Star (1998) had a character in episode 18 named Reiko Ando. She was a muscular fighter trying to marry Fred.



This episode had some great lines. When Gene fights her in the ring he says "your butt looks rock hard, but it is baby soft."
