This is a complete shot in the dark, the story was on Diana at least 10 years ago
Multi part, involved a guy living next to 2 sisters. Older sister was gentler and they wanted each other. Younger sister was more dominant and kept taking him.
The only scene I remember was one where the younger sister and the dude get in a bathtub and she punishes him by headscissoring him and forcing his head underwater, then easing up and bringing his head above the water level. Rinse and repeat
