Yes, as long as you have a Flash-enabled browser like Photon for iOS, you can.  I don't know any specifics about Android platforms.

Doesn't work at all for me on Android. Nothing happens when you click on a models image or the icon in the top right, the option/links to join the chat don't come up.

Android no longer supports flash AFAIK unless you use Dolphin or some other flash specific browser.
